Our Lapped Panels are made with 16 x 38mm battens and provide security and privacy in a cost effective way. They have 4 verticals battens and a capping along the top to provide a durable design. These panels are the most common form of fencing in the UK as it is a quick and economical way of securing your boundaries. Other sizes can be made to order.
Note: All of our products are made to the metric measurements given. The imperial is just for reference. All sizes given are approximate.
Standard Features
- We use 2 centre battens on all 6′ wide Lapped Panels to support the slats in the middle
- All timber used is dip treated brown
- These panels have a dip treated timber capping to protect the top
- Made with 125mm waney edged slats for a strong build and unique look
- Made with 16mm x 38mm battens for a solid construction
- All Handmade in-house at our workshop by our professionals

Recommended Extras (per panel)
- 4 x Panel Clips (for panels 1.20m High & smaller)
- 6 x Panel Clips (for panels 1.50m High & bigger)
- 1 x Security Strap
Additional Information
- We recommend you always use a Gravelboard to help preserve the panels
- Any posts used with these panels should be at least 0.60m (2’) longer than the panel you choose. If you are using a Gravelboard, the posts should be 0.60m (2′) longer than the overall fence height
- If you would like to secure your panel within Slotted Concrete Posts you can use panel Security Straps to screw them together around the posts
