A stylish, modern type of trellis designed to allow a light through, all the while giving you a good amount of privacy. These handmade panels are excellent to use as both a trellis to top a fence.

We make these panels from high quality 50mm x 25mm planed all round (PAR) pressure treated green battens to give a smooth finish and ensure they are good for years to come.

If you want to bring a very modern look to your garden whether its on top of an existing fence or on top of a wall this is the perfect option.

  • We use 2 centre battens on all 6′ wide trellis to support the battens in the middle, more if the trellis is wider
  • All timber used is pressure treated Green
  • We can also dip treat the timber Brown for colour
  • The trellis has a pressure treated timber capping to protect the top
  • Made with 50mm x 25mm square edged landscaping battens for a strong build and uniform look

Additional Information

  • The easiest way to attach trellis to wooden fence posts is either to screw it directly to the posts or use Trellis Brackets for a more secure fit
  • This trellis can fit directly into Slotted Concrete Posts
  • If you are adding trellis after the fence has been completed and the posts are not long enough, you can either:
    • Use Post Extenders to increase the height of a wooden fence post. This will allow you to secure the trellis directly to the fence in a seamless way
    • You can also use battens like Closeboarded Rail or Can’t Rail to secure the trellis by screwing the batten to the sides of the posts and and screwing the trellis to the battens.
